The fair takes place at Estação Cultura in Campinas and runs until Sunday.

The 2nd Neusa Paviato Agrarian Reform Fair aims to engage with the public about the role of the struggle for land in combating hunger and the climate crisis. This edition of the Neusa Paviato Fair will showcase a sample of the produce from agrarian reform areas throughout the state of São Paulo to the people of Campinas and the surrounding region.
For three days, peasant farmers from 10 regions of São Paulo will bring approximately 15 tons of approximately 400 different types of products, including fresh and processed foods, herbal handicrafts, phytocosmetics, and seeds. Jointly organized by the MST (Municipal Workers' Movement) in São Paulo, with support from the City of Campinas, the Federal University of São Carlos, the Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Micro and Small Businesses, and the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Family Farming, this year's Fair will address themes such as: the products that make up the Brazilian people's diet are the result of the struggle for land, and especially land occupations; cooperation; agroecology; and the establishment of healthy relationships between humans and nature.
This healthy food production practiced in agrarian reform areas is achieved through agroecology and Popular Agrarian Reform, a proposal by the MST to address the environmental crisis worsened in Brazil primarily by agribusiness.
Diversity in Production and Art

In São Paulo, there are more than 18,000 landless families settled through the struggle for Agrarian Reform, organized in 200 rural settlements. The 2nd edition of the Neusa Paviato Agrarian Reform Fair presents the richness and diversity of peasant production from across the state to the people of Campinas and the surrounding region.
Approximately 100 vendors (including local food vendors and local cuisine) will bring over 15 tons of food and over 400 different types of foods to the Culture Station, as well as approximately 50 typical regional dishes.
The Fair will also showcase popular art and culture, with over 20 artistic performances. Furthermore, the event will be a space for debate and reflection on agrarian reform, with seminars, events, assemblies, debates, and more.
Performances by Yago Oproprio, Teresa Cristina, Zé Geraldo, and Trupe Chá de Boldo will liven up the three-day Fair.
